刪除 Mobi 帳號

這是 Google Play 要求的網頁刪帳入口。您不必重新安裝應用程式。請用下面的電子郵件提出申請。

  • 登入方式（Apple、Google 或 Magic Link）
  • 一句明確請求：請刪除我的帳號

我們會用該電子郵件確認身分後處理。這不是即時自動刪除；請等候我們回信。若要先匯出當時可取用的資料，請在同一封信註明。

刪帳之後會怎樣

  • 刪除帳號與離開情侶空間是兩件事。若只要離開、並保留帳號，請在應用程式內使用「離開共同空間」。
  • 刪除後不能再用同一個 Mobi 帳號登入，也不能再開啟原來的情侶空間。
  • 若您仍在 24 小時撤回離開期間，刪除帳號即放棄該次撤回。
  • 我們會永久刪除與該帳號相關的資料。此動作無法復原，我們也不能為您還原帳號或資料。

訂閱

若您之後有透過 App Store 或 Google Play 訂閱，請到該商店取消。應用程式不辦理退款。

仍可以使用應用程式時

設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號，可在應用程式內完成。本頁是給已經卸載、或無法開啟應用程式的人使用。

Email a deletion request

Or write to admin@duomobi.com with the subject “Delete Mobi account”.

Include in your email

  • The email you use to sign in
  • Sign-in method (Apple, Google, or Magic Link)
  • A clear request: please delete my account

We confirm identity with that email, then process the request. This is not instant automatic deletion; wait for our reply. If you want an export of data then available to you, say so in the same email.

What happens next

  • Deleting the account is separate from leaving the couple space. To leave and keep your account, use Leave couple space in the app.
  • Afterwards you cannot sign in with that same Mobi account, and you cannot open the original couple space.
  • If you are still in the 24-hour window to undo leave, deleting the account gives up that undo.
  • We permanently delete the data associated with that account. The action is irreversible and we cannot restore your account or its data.

Subscriptions

If you later subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store. The app does not issue refunds.

Settings → Account → Delete account works inside the app. This page is for people who already uninstalled it or cannot open the app.
